tilt unit backwards,and under hinge side you will see a bracket,undo bolts and transfer to opposite side leaving loose,slide door down ,then on top of door transfer plug to opposite side(if needed)slide door back up and refit bottom hinges/tighten bolts.
handle is just a matter of prising plastic cover of and unscrewing,then refitting to other side.
once you tip it backward its pretty obvious really.

your cold temperature control is bad, not shutting the unit down when the temperature is correct. needs to be replaced.

This sounds like a water problem. Both sides should be at comparable temps. Is this a model with door instant ice/and/or icemaker?

that is the thermostat light.

move the box to a warmer place,the outer shell is too cold....hence freezing drain/clogging

herd this so many times now the best and cheapest option is a 2nd hand engine from a breakers as they only pull 100-150 max and theres no shortage of engines for them as they get wrote off near on every day

sounds like your fan motor has seized or burnt out a winding,, this will need replacing. check by holding lid open to raise temp but at the same time hold down the button that the lid presses on when its shut, after about 10min the fan should run.

Hi - we had this problem, and it was in fact where some blood from a defrosting pice of meat drained into the compressor condensation tank and began to decay!

I agree the smell is terrible, so a good clean up is needed but this solves the problem immediately!

try tapping the control panel as there is a known problem with e the capcitors

no, its probably weak capacitors which provide power to switch the relay. Take the control board out and ask a friendly TV repair tech to change the capacitors

The higher the number (0-6) the colder the box. Hope this helps

If The motor is switching on for short periods, you either have a faulty compressor or a blockage. My money is on a blockage. Once cover is removed to allow you to see the compressor, look for a small fat copper tube that has a small 1/4 inch copper pipe on one side and a thin capillary tube connected on the other side DRIER). Flex this very thin pipe connected to the small fat tube(DRIER) untill it breaks.Gas will come out. Wait untill all gas is out then reswitch on and see if compressor still continues to switch off on short intervals. If it can run for at least 1 min without switching off, then get a Refr.Tech to come and replace drier and regas unit.

No i dont but i could suggest you check the heating element and the clixon that connects to the evaporator. If the heater does not function, it takes a much longer time than usual to switch the freezer on.

check to see if you dont have unit on quickfreeze.or possibly the thstat is set to high or control is faulty

You will not find any service manual. You can try www.engelaustralia.com but I doubt it will help you. By the sounds of it your 12vdc oscillator is gone, it is usually a K3320 or similar on the old boards. On the new boards you would have to replace the board. G luck
