imei corrupt dial to check *#06# it should be as per label of ur mobile

back up your phone & hard reset by recovery options

go to service provider & get a new sim with the same number

change earphone speaker by a technician or use headphones

check or change the sim,,go to settings-network-manual settings

I am assuming you just updated your phone Robert and if you have not used a smart phone before it is very daunting. One of the unknown things is using your finger. Unlike your old phone the smart phone is touch screen so drag your finger across the screen and it goes to the next page also touch icons on the screen to select. So if you want to call there will be a phone icon.
