Try this.... hit erase on the one you want to delete, it will flash delete then the number of the one u should be deleting... now hold erase and it should be deleted

I make a folder called my music, then copy my files to it after I hook up my recorder to the computer. The I open Digital Voice Manager, click on C drive, next document & settings, B24, desktop, my music. Then click the file you want(highlight), click on blue wavy lines. Close Digital Voice Manager, go to internet explorer, go to Media Convert, File, browse, select file, accept terms, wait til it comes back to conversion options, click on file(mp3), and save to wherever you want it. This works for me.

Go to RCA web site, find support or download or alike. If you can find the exact model, download one or two similar then read those similar features. Try and error. that's how I got my RP5017 work

you are lucky, you can fine 5020 there. I am looking for 5017A but nothing found.

Problem solved....I found my owners manual...

Press the 'erase' button until the word 'delete' appears. Then press AND HOLD the 'erase' button one more time until the 'delete' word dissappears. That should do it...

Dear 'magicalangel'.....to delete messages simply press and release the 'erase' button. When you see the word 'delete'...press and hold the 'erase' button once again until the word 'delete' dissapears.

I just made a .way copy and saved that to my desktop. Then I burned it on a CD. That format plays on Windows Media player. The .voc file and .exe file would not play on Windows Media.

i need to transfer my files from RCA to computer using Audacity. can any one help?
