hi there!The program doesn't fit on computer screen because the resolution of computer screen is too low. could you right click on the desktop and change resolution of screen to higher. I guest your current is 800x600. Change it to higher will fix your problem.( another way to change to enter button is using Tab key on the keyboard. Every time you hit Tab key, it will move to next button on the program.Try Tab and hit Enter on the keyboard.)Hope this will help.

Try retyping the number etc in. Remember to copy the sequence as shown, using upper case letters if shown. If that still doesn't work e-mail Avanquest for a correct code.

Sorry Martin. We don't have a lot of choices here! After re-starting your computer, check you have enough hard-drive space if in doubt, Clear all junk in memory, close all programs running, go 'off-line' (it may require you to go back on line later to Register) Then check disk is clean and unscratched, and try to install again. If it fails you will have to return to your supplier for a replacement. good luck!

You can try these options

1. Boot the computer to safe mode then browse to C:Program files\Avanquest\ rename "the Fix it folder" to OLD reboot then delete the OLD folder. Then run a registry cleaner to clean out the craps.

2. Use "IObit Uninstaller Free Advanced Uninstaller Software" to uninstall it.

Boot in safe mode, search the entire hard disk for Avanquest or Fix-it files and folders and manually delete them. Then boot normally and remove the Fix-it 8 entry from the Add/Remove Programs list using this
