Water damaged cell phones is a common problem we face here at the shop regularly.
The problem you're having with your phone isn't caused by the water - it is caused by salt. All water contains salt, even fresh water. When you got your Samsung Omnia wet, the water evaporated but the salt didn't. And, salt is an excellent conductor of electricity.
The salt (even though it's a very small amount) is on the circuit board of your phone which is causing your keypad to short circuit - keeping many of the keys from working. And, it is almost impossible to remove completely.
There are many companies that advertise they can repair your phone. However, I've found that repairs of this kind are short lived. The repairs may work for a day - or even for a couple of weeks - but a few of the keys will stop working again.
As such - again, from experience - I've found that there is no long lasting repair possible when a cell phone gets wet. This is the main reason cellular manufacturers put moisture pads in their phones (which turn bright pink or red when they come into contact with moisture). This prevents manufacturers from wasting their time by performing repairs which won't last.
With respect to your question, "Can I disassemble the unit and clean the keyboard contacts?" the answer is, yes you can - and your phone may work for a short time but the keys will begin to stop working shortly thereafter.
If you have insurance with your cellular provider, I'd suggest you submit a claim. If not, call your cell phone company and talk to customer service. Tell them you had water damage to your phone and ask if you can qualify for a free phone or a discount on a new phone.
Cellular companies hate to loose customers and are usually more than happy to provide a new phone to customers who have been with then a while and who pay their bill on time.

if you can't unlock it in any ways and you don't remember its password, the only solution for that is to reformat and reinstall its firmware.. go to a cellphone repair center for assistance. good luck

Check your current profile to ensure that you have not set it to a "lights only" profile. Try editing (personalising) the current profile and set the ringing volume to a non zero value. If this does not work, then you would have to factory reset the phone. This should work, let me know if it does
