i had it with me all day and it was fine. then i jus sat down and watched tv, and wen i got a msg i couldnt use the touch screen to get to it. the touch screen became completely irresponsive and i could use the touch screen for nothing.
I had the same thing happen to me. what I did when it started working again was take the back cover of the phone off while it's on and then try pressing the screen.. somehow it started working again for me. then if it works put the back cover back on.

My LG Xenon's sim card is full of text messages, so when I get more than 7 texts in my inbox, it says that my inbox is over 97% full. How do I delete messages off of my sim card? It doesn't say how to in the manual.
delete your outbox, it says you have 0 in there but you have tons. i had the same problem when i got this phone

I was happily texting away and then the screen just went blank and it started vibrating? i didn't drop it or get it wet or anything. So. i don't know what to do? is there any solution? would buying a new battery fix the problem or something? I tried taking the battery out and taking the sim card out i even tried charging it. Nothing happens.
Depending upon how long you've had it, you may need to return it to the place you've purchased it, or you may have to return it to LG to get it repaired. If you have the insurance on your account, you can call Asurion and put in a claim and they'll send you a phone after you pay the deductible.
Check the battery and the area underneath the battery for a round sticker, and make sure its not red (indicates the phone has taken water damage).

how do we add music to the LG xenon, i hooked up the USB cord into the comptuer and stuff, but it wont let me add the music, soo how do we do that ? i dont want to go buy a memory card cause i jsut go the phone
[Extra Hardwares Needed]
1. MicroSD card
2. "Micro-B" USB data cable
[Procedure - either PC or Mac]
1. Disconnect USB cable (if you connected already)
2. In Xenon phone
Settings -> More -> Connection -> USB Connection
-> (select) Mass Storage
Note: If you don't do this, you will get an error message
"Unable to use liscense. TRy again after formatting memory card."
3. Insert MicroSD card into Xenon phone slot
4. Connect Xenon phone to PC (or Mac) using USB cable
5. If MicroSD is not accessible as a disk drive, then
(1) remove the MicroSD from Xenon
(2) format the MicroSD from PC
(3) retry step# 3 & 4
6. You can drag & drop your folders and/or files (.mp3 or .m4a only)
into the MicroSD card
7. Disconnect Xenon phone from PC then go to "AT&T Music" -> "Music Player"
Note: All features work except for "Playlists"
8. If you want "Playlists", you need to use Windows Media Player and sync.
iTunes doesn't work since it doesn't allow other devices than iPod.
This means that you cannot use Mac to create/sync the playlist.

My touch screen is no longer responding so I was wondering if there was a way to surpass that and use the qwerty board to read my text messages?
nope, the bad thing about touchscreens are once they go out ur screwed. you'll have to purchase a new touchcreen

how to download themes for my LG GR500 xenon?
LG has not made anymore themes for the xenon,and they have not released the information for the deelopers to create more,soo we are both stuff like this for the second
P.S.-this persists if you are talking abut the phone theme(available-red/black,and white,not the wall paper,many downloadable

I got another Xenon because my original had a huge problem with it after 4 months, and I cant figure out how to save everything to my sim card to put in my new phone... Help!
What you want to do is you click the (on the home screen) in the bottom right corner the square with four dots in it. then you click address book, after that you click Management, the fifth section from the top, then you click one of the four options *copy to SIm *Copy from SIm* Delete from SIm *Delete from phone
