My Gsm can not read a themes by SE! What is the problem?

move all the themes downloaded from pc to themes folder of phone...then in ur mobile go to file manager ...in that open themes folder...select particular theme then set it....the new theme will get set....

hi, the reason you have got a white screen is due to a ribbon failing inside your phone, the ribbon sends data from the circuit board to the screen.
this is a very common problem on all flip and slide type of mobile phone, as the screen moves their needs to be this thin ribbon that must move with the screen to keep the connection between the screen and board, now what happens is that over time the thin copper wires in the ribbon break causing the data not to be sent correctly to the screen and this is the reason the screen turns white.

now you should be able to make and recieve calls as long as the phone is turned on how ever if your phone asks for a password when you switch it on then this could cause a problem as you cant see what your typing but if your phone dont need password then you can just turn it on and wait for calls to come through, the phone will ring as normal you just wont be able to see who is calling.

now to solve your problem you need to get the ribbon replaced, its not expensive to buy but fitting it yourself would be impossible as you need special tools to split the phone and to also fit the ribbon, if you take your phone to a small phone shop and not a big branded shop then they should be able to fix it whilst you wait as it only takes about 15min to fit as long as you have the correct tools

The problem is from your flex.

A flex is found in Flip phones and slide phones,it is what connects the screen of the phone to the panel of the phone.

What you should do is this;

.open your phone

.you will see something like a little wide plasticlike cable (that is your flex)

.remove it and fix it back properly (be careful) you should hear a click sound

.close the phone and switch it on,you wont have a white screen anymore

if you cant do this yourself,get somebody with a bit of experience to do it for you

If this does not solve the problem then you will have to change the flex

If u are having a memory card remove it and then restart the phone. If the phone is perfect now its the problem with your memory card. Format it before inserting it again.

Hi,

The Sony Ericsson F305 is one of the few Sony Ericsson phones that doesn't support for third-party themes.

This phone, along with W302 and S302 and a few others, is designed and manufactured by Sagem and it has a few embedded themes and you can't add your own.
