Pull your plugs and "read" them, look closely at the color of the electrodes...by this you can determine what kind of fuel/air mixture you're getting. A light color will indicate a lean condition, black would be rich to fouling, wet no spark---ideally they should be a dark brown if the fuel mixture is correct. You have EFI on this bike, so flooding should not be a problem unless the computer messes up or the spark is inadequate to fire the plug. Start by replacing the plugs and see how she runs...sometimes this is all they need. I hope this helps.
