You will first need to remove the plastic piece behind the inner door handle that you use to pull the door shut with and there should be a 10mm bolt inside there behind the insulation. The plastic cover behind the inner door lever handle will need to come out. It's only in with clips. Remove the reflective lens on the end of the panel and you will see a phillips head screw inside. It's a long screw so be ready for many turns to get it out. Next, your power window controls will need to come out and they are only snapped into place but be careful with them because plastic prongs can be broken off if not pried out in the right direction. The same goes for the door lock switch. Unplug both once out. You will also see a triangle plastic piece (can break easily) towards the front top side of the panel. Make sure it clears it's way out when removing the panel. The rest of the panel is held up with downward facing plastic clips. Sounds hard but really it's all pretty simple. Study the back of the panel before putting it back on and take your time.

SOURCE: lincoln mark viii seat lock

on the bottom side of the seat back is a seam it is held together by locking plastic strips that you can pry apart with a screw driver or trim tool. from there you can roll up seat cover. velcro strip hold parts of it to the foam. the seat bottom has plastic strips that snap to the underside of the seat frame. you can remove them the same way. as for the recliner issue you wont knnow till you get in there. Im not sure about the spring but something could have fallen in there preventing it from locking into place

SOURCE: My 1996 Lincoln Mark VIII will not start. It

Check your power to your fuel pump. Put your ear to the filler for the gas and get someone to turn on the key, do not crank.. You should here the fuel pump cut on. If not suspect pump problem. You can also take the lin loose at the fuel filter and check to see if gas comes out after key is turned on and work your way to the engine if you get gas there just follow the lines.

SOURCE: where is the air suspension compressor relay

the height sensors work as relays. it lets the computer know when an air spring needs air. if one air spring needs air, but all the others are level, the air spring needs replacing. it means it's leaking.
