The fuelpump is located on the frame in front of the fuel tank, its under the car on the frame, also these volvos are known for bad fuse connections, check the fuses first they corrode and wont make a connection, hope this is helpful.
Hello nascar241: My name is Roger and I will help you. Your car has two fuel pumps. There is a small feed pump inside of the fuel tank. The main pump is located under the left side of the chassis.
