When you changed the therm you let air into the system and it will usually cause a air bubble in the heater core you probally should try to burp the system there is usually a plug or a relief valve check with your dealer fro instructions on how to burp the air out of the system try that first befor4e trying to replace the heater core

Is your temperature gauge spiking at all. The lack of heat was my first sign that my head gasket was cracked. You likely have air trapped in your coolant line. Get a Lisle coolant funnel to help get it out. It's cheap and very easy to use. If you still continue to have heating issues with your car after getting the air out, take it to a garage and see if they can send the head gasket in to be inspected. If your head gasket is cracked, it's just going to get worse, causing your car to eventually have overheating problems.

There is probably a clog in the heater core. Remove the heater hoses and use compressed air in short bursts to blow out the clog. This will be very messy. Reconnect the hoses, refill the coolant, and you should be set. If this does not work, you may have a faulty heater control in the dash.

Changed the water pump and now it over heats

Many people overlook the cooling system pressure cap cheap to replace but often overlooked , the radiator may also be internally restricted. Rad shop would be able to confirm if this is the case. rad cleanout and engine block flush may help. Hopefully this is useful to you.

It is over heating . there are no leaks the type of clutch fan is thermal but i do not know if that is the correct one or not? it has a new thermostat, and new anti-freeze, water pump is the same when...

Physically look in the radiator under the cap for coolant level, and check the valve in the cap for sticking. If air is present in the radiator it can't get out, and more coolant can't get in,(from the overflow). Either clean the cap or replace it and check that it is the CORRECT cap.
Radiator fins dirty, clean with a strong stream of water, not high pressure water.
Radiator clogged, have it boiled out, or replace.
Thermostat stuck open or shut, replace it.
Water pump worn out, can no longer move enough coolant, replace it.
Fan shroud broken or missing....
Electric Fan(s) not working, Check the fan, relay, fuse and engine temperature sensor's.
Belt driven fan, belt slipping, fan clutch is bad, fan blades have flattened out.

Air dam under front bumper is gone, loose, or broken. It actually has a purpose other than scraping on the driveway or curbs. It forces air up into and thru the condenser and radiator. If it

Over heating, thermostat replaced, radiator, engine, and heat core flushed, no water in exhaust.fans working, water pump flushes water thru.

You may have air in the system. Let the engine run with the radiator cap off until the thermostat opens. Have someone then get in the truck and bring the rpm up to 1800 to 2000 rpm and hold it there for 15 to 20 seconds while you top off the system with coolant and put the radiator cap tightly back on. Then bring the rpm down to idle and road test the truck. DO NOT BRING THE RPM BACK DOWN TO IDLE UNTIL THE RADIATOR CAP HAS BEEN INSTALLED COMPLETELY. I suggest replacing the radiator cap at this time also.

The water on my car keeps heating up alot and it goes into the engine coolant resevoir leaving the rediator dry

You need to replace the radiator pressure cap. I would also replace thermostat, drain and flush radiator to start. If it continues the water pump may be not pumping water. If the thermostat is stuck closed it wont allow water to cycle through the engine causing it to boil and the pressure cap is not holding the pressure allowing it to flow to the reservoir. So first change the thermostat and the radiator pressure cap.
