Which O2 sensor ? Bank 1 sensor 1 or bank 1 sensor 2 or bank 2 sensor 1 or bank 2 sensor 2 . What size engine ?

standing in front of the vehicle looking at the engine bank 1 sensor 2 is the sensor after the cat converter on the bank on your left
bank one is the left cat ---bank 2 is the right cat. Sensor 1 is the one before the cat and sensor 2 is the one after the cat on either side

Bank 1 sensor 2 is the O2 sensor behind the catalytic converter.

Do you mean P0051??

If you do, then it's an issue with one of your O2 Sensors.

You may have a short in the heater circuit in the sensor
The O2 sensor heater has failed
The wires connecting the sensor are broken or frayed

Most likely you will need to replace the sensor.
The sensor is Bank 2 Sensor 1
Bank 2 means it is located opposite of where cylinder 1 is (not sure where cylinder 1 is on your car) and Sensor 1 will mean it's the sensor located before the catalytic converter

TRY LOOKING RIGHT UNDER YOUR FIRST CATALYTIC CONVERTER WHICH IS RIGHT UNDER YOUR EXHAUST MANIFOLD

bank 1 refers to the side of the engine that #1 cylinder is on , and sensor 2 refers to downstream , after the catalytic converter. , this link shows bank 1 on a 2001 nissan maxima V6 being on the firewall side . if you had a 4 cylinder it would be downstream after the catalytic converter .

The Evap Canister is located in the fender well, if I am not mistaken and the B1S2 is the O2 sensor is the second O2 sensor on the left side of the engine if your looking at it from the front of the motor.
