Transmission was replaced, but it came with that same problem
Let's hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and see what the fuel pressure does. If it drops below minimum the there is a fuel problem being pump or filter or line restriction. If it has good pressure under load, then check the exhaust system. A restriction in the exhaust will cause loss of power under a load.

Dexron-III is what's used in almost all vehicles (except some older fords and chryslers), but you can check the owners' manual to be sure (or call the nearest Nissan dealership).

Change your sparkplugs would be a good start,
check your oil levels,
make sure fan belts are tight.
replace or clean fuel filter.

I'm afraid your transmission is in lock-up mode. Do the basics...check oil level and condition then try removing the battery negative terminal for 10 minutes then put it on let the car idle for 10minutes and then go for a drive to see. If problem still there then you;ll have to bring it to your local dealer for a transmission diagnostic.
Cheers
