Can a woman asked to be exempt from jury duty in missouri just because she's a female?

Well if your trying to get out of jury duty the best way is as following.

Be the first one there..They usually want keep you because they figure if your that excited to get there you will be a threat to the defense by keeping up with everything.

They usually ask you to say three things about yourself..

Answer slowly then on the third answer ask.."What was the third one again.
They will send you home because you can't remember three things.

Also when it's your turn to answer the three answers...Say you so excited to be here first.... That works great..Your a goner...by the defense lawyers


When the judge ask you if there's any reason you don't think you are unable to be considered as a juror...

Tell him you can't hear good or its against your religion to judge someone.

Remember they are trying to find the best juror's...So play it to smart or act slow..They want pick you!

Missouri Constitution Section

Female jurors--optional exemption.

Section 22(b). No citizen shall be disqualified from jury service because of s.x, but the court shall excuse any woman who requests exemption therefrom before being sworn as a juror.
