SOURCE: 92 gmc sierra k1500: changed key ignition, starter and solenoid fine, all connections to battery fine. Still won't start. Think it's the ignition switch or relay on the steering column. Wh

does it turn over or does it do nothing at all

Looking for ignition switch in 93 gmc sierra

Tword the bottom of the steering colume. It will have a couple of connectors going to it and a couple of rods going to it from the igniton cylinder. IT is on top and not easy to get the bolts out of it. You will need to remove the close out pannel to even be able to see it.

No power to distriutor

I would check ignition coil. Maybe it is outside or inside the distributor.Check rsistance. Get ohm values from a haynes/chilton repair manual(i do not know them)NOTE DISCONNECT BATTERY to check resistance. check condenser(capacitor)inside or close to distributor.
