Noise coming from under dash in 2001 Lexus GS 300

I get a humming noise when I turn on the ignition switch. It goes away in a few seconds. No service lights come on to indicate a problem and the car runs ok.

Anyone else having this issue with 2001 GS300? I have seen this too, but not sure of the culprit..? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My 2001 Lexus gs300 goes into limp mode after driving it 3 hours. I let it set for a few hours and it cranks rite up. No codes come up until the vehicle shuts down then all the lights on the dash are on....

check your fuses, could have blown the dash light fuse also check the dimmer switch make sure it is turned on
