A011 is an A/C code. The sensor is the one on the A/C line along the firewall closer to the drivers side. S038 is Electronic Level Control Exhaust Valve Short To Ground/Open.
Sorry but code P2138 does not represent the TPS. Rather this code represents the APP sensor. The throttle pedal should have its own sensor. It too is a potentiometer, just like the TPS. Please write back with any new information or questions. Good Luck.
These are not trouble codes, instead they direct you to components that need to be looked at. Basically, the control module menus and both codes represent something. The 7e8 represents the engine powertrain, while the 7e9 represents the transmission powertrain.

SO38 indicates you have a failed elc exhaust valve This is on the Electronic Level Control System. This unit is mounted above the muffler on the passenger side of car. It has to be removed to replace the exhaust valve. I would clear the history codes and see if they come back. Thank you
here is the fault read out page for most volvos http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.ph ... =66705&hl=
hope this works for you if not send email to me [email protected]
I039-speed sensing suspension (SSS) fault--this one requires a lot of testing. Could be anything from bad connection at a strut, to bad ground, to bad strut.
I041-battery voltage too low--at 800 rpm, voltage is less than 10.6 volts
I052-keep alive memory error--means IPC lost voltage, and reset. Normal if battery was disconnected, or lost voltage.
These codes are for 4.6L
I039-loss of road sensing suspension (RSS) data--might need to replace rss module
P016-generator voltage out of range--same as above.

The TO33 is for your ABS and could be as simple as the plug being disconnected, I have had this happen to me when doing a brake job.
The AO11 is the high side AC temp control, which should mean that your AC system is getting overheated and can be as simple as wasing the condensor coil on your car. Just take it to a self car wash, open the hood and power wash all the coils and radiator.
If these don't fix the problems, you probably have bad sensors and will have to have them replaced.
