Where is the fusebox on a xplate astra

The problem is in the loom in the steering wheel, it requires removal of the airbag and a new wheel loom to be fitted. The loom costs about £15.00 I think.

Your e-brake cable to the left rear wheel is freezing up in the cold and not releasing. It will have to be changed, there is most likely water and road grime inside the cable cover. You should probably change both sides when you do it to avoid a repeat in the near future. Once you have free wheeling in that wheel avoid using the hand brake until you get it fixed. It will be the sender unit on the fuel tank that is faulty, probably best to let a garage replace it as the fuel tank may have to be drained and removed to allow access to the sender unit.
