I have a 2004 Nissan Quest. First, the speakers started popping off, then radio wouldn't work anymore. We pulled the fuse under the hood and reinserted it. When it sparks radio will come back on. Sometimes it doesn't spark and won't come back on. Also CD player will constantly try to eject when it comes back on. It doesn't stay on long. Then we started having a problem with the battery going dead. I can charge it all night and sometimes it will crank for several days. But sometimes it will be dead again after 8 hrs from unplugging it from the charger. There is evidentally a parasitic battery draw. Any ideas on how to find the real problem?

If you are having radio issues where you have to mess with the fuse to make it work i would say it is the culprit for the battery draw, a lot of radios trigger the eject when power is reconnected for the memory wire, that is not a problem with the radio.
try unplugging the radio and see if that fixes the battery draw.

the radio is pulling down the battery, check to make sure it is install properlt, also make sure your battery is not weak, because remember the radio draws power at all time, to keep the time and your preset radio station. so check the battery for proper strenght first please.

Where is the fuel cutoff switch in a 2004 nissan quest?

What your trying to change out? A fuel pressure regulator; if so go to your fuse box and see the fuse for your fuel then first turn on your vehicle and then pull out the fuse to the box that will suck up all the remains in the line. Once you open the fuel pressure regulator out slowly and make sure you have some rags around so the little fuel remains will come out and then in stall your regulator if that is what you going to change out. Good lucky and always wear safety glasses????

Quest head lights won't turn off

The body computer controls the headlight relays based on input from the switches. There is a relay for high beam and one for low beam in a power distribution module in the engine compartment.
I don't know if the relays are available without buying the entire module. One of them could be stuck on.
You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and procedures to test the circuits.
In the mean time you should be able to pull the 50amp fuse for the headlights.

Sounds like a main fuse has blown. Might be an inline type, a pin type or a fuse link. Usually near the positive post on the battery or under hood
fuse box.

My guess would be a switch (park interlock, brake interlock, etc.), a main fuse (located under the hood), or a starter solenoid. One easy check is to turn the key to start and simultaneously wiggle the shifter or pull it in to the Neutral position.

Good luck.
