Changing rear end oil
Most rear differentials, it's a drain and refill operation.
SOME differentials have a drain plug, but others have ONLY a fill plug.
If yours doesn't have a drain plug, then you need to suck the old fluid out, with suction/transfer pump:

You can also use this to refill with the new fluid.
Most rear ends are filled to the bottom of the fill plug hole.
If you overfill, just let it overflow/drain until it stops dripping.
Now, different differentials require different fluids, so check what you need.
It might be in the owner's manual.
93 lincoln town car electrical problems
Locate fuse box, try to find to fuse map, usually on the cover of the fuse box, find the related fuses and switch ignition on, get a test light, connect the aligator clip to earth and check both terminals of the fuse, both should have power, if 1 out of 2, then fuse blown.
Tail lights not working
I had the exact same problem with my 93 Lincoln TC. Replace the switch under the drivers side dash or take to a auto repair shop which is what I did.
Left front brake rotor making noise
need to investigate if noise coming from brake, caliper, or wheel bearing.
Would need more info on the noise, when it happens, if affected by speed, etc.
No fm
might need to replace your aerial sounds like the first thing I would look at .
What is a prndl wire
It's the part of the electrical system that tells the dashboard which gear the transmission is in. Usually there are 4 wires if the dash is fully electronic. If you have a manual needle indicator, then it's a cable that is connected to the steering column that moves the needle to the gear selected.
