Where is the fuse box located on a volvo 740 1991
on the 1991 740 the fuse box is located behind the black ashtray, unless you have a 740se, in which case it can be located on the side near the door, like in the 760turbo and 780bertone turbo. good luck :)
How to replace a Left turn signal on a 1991 Volvo
Hello. here is how you replace the front turn signal assembly on a 90-92' 740. First, twist the the black plastic collar loose to disconnect the wiring harness from the assembly. Second there should be 2 10mm bolts holding the assembly in place. just take the nuts off the bolts, then carefully pull the assembly out. Reverse the directions to install. should take about 5mins, unless the nuts are totally rusted. if so use some BP Blaster. Good luck :)

This light is refering to the Safety Restraint Sysytem. This includes such items as seat belts, airbags, modules, etc.. How do i get the front rotors off on my 1991 volvo
don't know for sure on a volvo but most cars you have to wail on them with a hammer to get them off if your planning on changing them - they always stick on there if they have not been off for a long time.(as with dodge/gm/ford) don't be shy!sounds like the cap you refer to is the hub nut cover usually not part of rotor.
If I speed up slowly I can go to 70-80 but if I
Check your crank sensor. The symptoms you describe indicate a timing error. When you push hard the ECU tries to advance the ignition according to the signals it receives from the the crank position sensor CPS. These signals are either being interrupted or corrupted. Make sure the cps connection is dry, free of dirt and corrosion and that there is continuity in the wires with no obvious breaks or insulation removed. Remove the CPS and check that it is clean and free of body cracks. If problems persist swap the crank sensor out for a new one. These sensors are prone to heat and age.
No change to 4 speed

there is an intake injection canister that will get carbon in it and will shut off the engine at low idle. its an easy fix, can be done in less than 20 minutes.
Timing for a 1991 volvo
Hi, this is how to align timing on a 1991 Volvo 740.
There are marks for all three. Cam and Aux shafts have dots on face of outer gear. Cam lines up with mark on rear timing cover(about 1 o'clock). Aux lines up with mark on seal housing (about 3 o'clock) and crank lines up with mark on seal housing (about 12 o'clock).
Take care
