Front wheel hub gets hot atfter driving 20 miles
Hubs will be temperate depending on braking. If there is a failure with a wheel bearing or a brake shoe you will experience grinding noises, which is friction and will cause things to get abnormally hot.
My 1995 Nissan pickup xe truck when I put it in

Drain fuel from tank
don't recall if Nissan has a drain plug in the lower part of the tank if not its possible you might have to drop the tank unless you can syphon it out

The tank is under the vehicle, directly in line with the filler, attached to the vehicle chassis rail or floor. Not sure on the Nissan pickup, a lot of fuel tanks don't have a drain plug, the method is to syphon as much as you can out through the filler, if that won't work connect an electric pump up to the fuel line at the fuel filter and pump it out
