1991 Mitsubishi Montero. Power Windows all stopped
the fuse is under the dash in the kick panel,,
in the mean time,, locate the positive wire on the switch and connect one from the acc fuse in the kickpanel under the dash board,, this will bypass everything and power your windows until u have time to fix it propperly..
1995 Mitsubishi Montero won't shift into overdrive
any ideas!! yes,,,skip out on this one,,,1995???? 197K !!! far to hight on miles its an old dog now, if its got a fult with the over drive whats the next thing thats going to drop off it? yep! its the engine!! and after that bits fell off, whats next? the gear box or just the rest of the car a bit at a time every week

Front end shakes when turn
Could be a couple of things. If it shakes when you turn but you aren't touching the breaks it could be your wheel bearings in the front. If it shakes when you are on the breaks it could be a cracked rotor or a sticking caliper. Any number of worn out front end parts like balljoints and tie rods could allow your vehicle to shake while turning.

yes drain the coolant and then add 200grms of caustic soda and run engine till hot then give a good flush and then remove the heater feed pipes and flush with hose reversing direction a couple of times ,might help but cant guarentee it because the layout of the heater coil is such that the water doesnt pass from one side to the other but the inlet and outlet are both on teh same header tank .But the caustic will help to more some of the clag

Well 4x4 can be applied in several ways. 1 being a manual clutch on the floor board somewhere. Another type is a push button, and those are USUALLY located on the cieling/cab of the vehicle, and the last one ive ever seen is a switch on the dash. IF ur missing anything, it could possibly be a 4x4 switch. And i dont wanna make u sound dumb, but are u hundred percent sure its 4x4, not all vehicles are. like jeeps.. everyone thinks jeeps are ALL 4x4, when in fact there are many 2wd jeeps. maybe one of your tire is bad. check each tire for any sign of lump or imperfection.
sometimes that hoping problem is cause by mafunctioning of you 4wheel drive system.
Abnormal Oil Consumption
Check for oil leaks, oil cooler, turbo, hoses. etc... if there is no leak then maybe you need to replace the piton rings.
