Most car seats are held in with four bolts. Two front, two rear. One at each end of the slider rails the seat moves forward and back on. You might need to slide the seat all the way forward for the rear ones and all the way back for the front ones. The bolts might be tucked under carpet or plastic trims. There will also be wires to disconnect. Once done the seat should just lift out.

That said, as the vehicle is 9 model years old, there is a possibility of belt deterioration from age as well as mileage. As most of these engines are interference-type engines and would be damaged severely by a broken timing belt, if you have the funds to do this now, it would not be unreasonable to do so. The water pump is probably ok, but to not replace it with the timing belt is silly, because of where it is and the effort it takes to access it later. If you choose to wait, I would not wait past 60K, just because of the factors I already mentioned.

I would switch to a 'Synthetic Blend' first - and stay with that for the next 3 or 4 oil changes (watching for any oil leaks to appear), before going to a full synthetic oil.

Check to see that the safety cover in the trunk is properly aligned in the brackets. It must depress a switch on either side of the trunk for the roof to close.

there should be a switch in the car to push to unlock the trunk ,i think its in the glove compartment

sorry but cannot help here as this is a complete panel behind the console,now what you could do is rewire the just the hood (sorry top in american) its easy to do and you just need a switch from a window mechanism ,drawing a diagram now so if you find the feed wires from the motor in the boot and run a feed and a earth then away you go

U are going to need to make a trip to the Lexus dealer to reactivate the system, they will need to plug a special electronic system scanner in and reset the system, in the future buy a battery backup while the main battery is disconnected, it plugs into the cigar lighter and keeps the settings intact.

You have a bad height sensor that controls the headlight leveling system. there are 2 of them on your car I believe. Replacing both of them would be a good idea they usually fail around the same time. They get moisture inside and stick.
