check each phone make sure none of the handsets is holding up the line eg someone did not end the call properly When this happens the line will time out and you will get no dial tone. This is done to release the telephone switching unit at the telephone exchange . Once you find the handset that is not call ended . end the call and wait 90 seconds and try again. Given the relatively small cost of the repair, I'd have the servicer do it. That way if anything happens, he/she is respionsible for it. When I repair this type of speaker, I usually use an old chisel. It is sharp enough to get under the edge and strong enough to pry up the speaker. Just be careful not to nick the cabinet.

If there is no obvious connection, it may just be a breather hose for the engine.

Check for spark, there may be a "Kill Switch" or a key somewhere that needs to be turned in order for the motor to run. If you turn the motor over with a spare spark plug in the plug wire touching the tip of the spark plug that is in the motor it should show a spark. (It is best to do this in the dark to see the spark clearly)

Look for a fuel valve that shuts off the flow of gas typically located between the gas tank and the carburetor. Some carburetors have a float bowl drain at the bottom so you can drain the gas out for storage. If your carburetor has a drain bolt you can unscrew it and see if gas comes out.

Check for a choke lever or pull knob either on the carburetor or sometimes on the handlebars. I have also seen a primer bulb on the two stroke carburetors that act as a fuel enrichment for starting a cold motor.

Since it is new we can assume it has compression but it doesn't hurt to check it. Remove the spark plug, place your finger over the spark plug hole and turn the motor, if there is good compression your finger will pop off from the pressure.

If you have good spark, good compression and gas in the carburetor bowl chances are your carburetor jets are clogged. I would spray a small amount of starter fluid or a small squirt of gas into the back side of the carburetor after removing the air filter. If it runs for a few seconds then stops the problem is in the carburetor but most often the motor will continue to run and just needed priming. If it does not run on it's own there might be some debree in the float bowl obstructing the delivery of fuel but that is very rare for a new carburetor

have you tried a new spark plug???? try new sparkplug there may be a spark on the old one but it may not be strong enought, if that dont work you know its petrol problem!

The lower of the 2 screws is the fuel/ air mixture- the upper screw is the idle adjust screw
