Could be that the batteries have outlived their usefulness. check that out - also make sure that your charger is properly working.

Hi Marc, I think that you need to have a technician look at it. Unless of course it's still within warranty, in which case return it for replacement/ repair.

Try several discs. If it happens with all of them it confirms that you have a problem with the disc player. You'll probably need to get a technician to look at it.

Not possible without major modifications. This unit was designed to be stand-alone, so the only output options were for audio, if you wanted to connect it to a receiver for better sound. As there are no provisions for video output, either analog or digital, I'd say you are out of luck.

The normal method is to do a full auto scan and once it's at 100% store or save the scanned list?if you try to do it manually you will take ages because some channels the polarity switches and parameters for the horizontal and vertical parts of the dish change frequency. so make sure the cable is connected properly into tv or smart box and rescan.once it's reached 100% look for the save or store button on screen.the hd channels should be automatically put within the saved list and usually colour coded in the menu.when selecting channels.
