Just bought Chronicle Encyclopedia of History edited 2002 and it will not install in Windows XP. Heard it might need a patch. Is this true for it to work? Please help. Mr. Henty

Adding/editing pictures to Facebook uses Java platform. Uninstall ALL Java installations on your computer (look in Add/Remove Programs - on Windows XP or Programs and Features on Vista/7), then download the latest version of Java from here.

Close all browser's instances and install Java. Once installed, open Facebook and try again.

An add-on might causing this problem. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs tab -> manage add-ons. Disable any suspicious add-ons and click OK when done. Restart Internet Explorer then try Facebook again.

Also, try cleaning browser cache (in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options then click Delete under "Browsing history section"). Restart your browser and try again.

Alternatively, I would recommend using Firefox, as a replacement for Internet Explorer! You get get it here

try this, Run as Administrator and set the program EXE to Compatability Mode for XP SP2, and also, run as Administrator, do this for everything, patches included.

If you have already purchased the game and this is not a *demo* :) and other games run fine, contact the technical support. Unless there is a good coder here...

if there are any o.s. upgrades or rom upgrades, you should be able to locate on HP support. hope this helps

Sorry dude u can't use patch and cracks in windows vista(all editions) so better try in xp
