For the past three days my computer refuses to connect with any ebay site. How I got through to this site is a minor miracle. I had a request to pay for an item and I could not make a connection too do so. My emails tonight want me not to miss out on items on which I was bidding. I cannot make contact. I am perplexed as other internet sites connect quickly and efficiently. I guess I need help to sort out this matter,

Are you in a "minority ebay area" ... I have found baygenie pretty useless the past few months - like you I have had it miss austions, display really screwy data in some columns, display austion times as "indefinite" etc. I use the Australian eBay site so maybe it's just bad with minority, low-population country specific ebay sites; probably works fine against US and European sites but tiny sites like Australia the developers can't be bothered with doing tweaks.

No, he has no right to request or do this. Do not agree with him, he is trying to pay less and he is wrong.

Sorry this is happening to you and this usually isn't the case so don't give up on eBay.

I would call or email eBay and tell them and they will allow you to relist it.

first thing to do is lodge a complaint
and send all emails via ebay so it is recorded,
if you paid via pay pal you may have some kind of guarantee. over lockers can be very sensitive and may require some thing as simple as adjustment or lubrication or at worst a service.
threads breaking are caused buy poor thread quality or over tension,or wrongly threaded.
Over tension can be caused by the the tension guides being rusty or stuck. pull the thread through the tension guides to see if it is moving with some minor friction. hope this helps

Miracle Maid Instruction booklets can be found on ebay. I've seen them several times, in fact there are several on today 7/29/2009. Just go to ebay.com and search for Miracle Maid. You may have to search daily, but you'll find them. You'll have to pay a little, but you can send in all your pots and pans and get replacements with one of those books. I had my pots and pans for 30+ years and now I have the new ones that replaced those. I'm thinking they will last 30 years too! Good Luck!
