Question about Computers & Internet
Welcome to FixYa!
Solution 1. Reset the BROWSER. (Firefox 4 in this example) Click on Firefox, Options, Options.
Go to Privacy tab, click on Clear you recent history, change Time range to clear: Everything, click Clear now, click Ok and close Firefox.
Open again Firefox and try to go Ebay again.
Solution 2. Use another web browser. Try to use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome if your current browser is Firefox, or the other way around. If you can get to Ebay using other browser then uninstall and re-install the browser that does not permit you to go to EBay. It might be corrupted.
Keep me posted.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
