Unfortunately these rechargeable razors are not designed to be easily serviced by the home user.
Changing the battery will definitely involve a bit of searching for the multiple screws which hold the case together and then disassembling the case to access the battery compartment. Just watch out for any screws which may be hiding under the rubber padding pieces. You will then likely be required to desolder the old battery out and then resolder your new battery back into place.
