Hi,
In order to reset the device you will need to perform a cold boot. This will erase all temp data and reset all settings to the factory default it will not however erase any applications which have been downloaded into flash memory cards(assuming they're installed).
Perform a Cold Boot:
1. Press the primary battery release on the mobile computer to partially eject the battery from the mobile
computer.
2. On an MC9090-G, while the battery is partially released, simultaneously press and release the trigger and the
Power button.
3. Push the battery to fully re-insert it in the mobile computer. One audible click can be heard as the battery is fully
inserted.
4. The mobile computer initializes.
Once it has re-initialized all user data will be removed and all factory default settings will be restored, they should be ready to sell at this point.

this is because you are cold booting the unit. Everytime you cold boot a 9090 it re-sets all saved settings. You need to warm boot only unless you want the unit reset to default. any problems please mail [email protected] for support - we supply MC9090's in refurbished condition complerte with like new warranty incase you need any
