1st You download Webcam Driver.
Hi i have problem i
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Hi Thanks for your question
If you have an installation CD just put it in and go to your CD drive on your PC. Once in folder containing CD files double click setup file and installation should start. When prompted please plug the end of camera USB cable in available port on your PC. If not prompted just put it in when installation is finished. Your camera should be working now.
If you don't have installation CD go to this link---> http://www.a4tech.com/download%20driver.asp?cmodnum=PK-635 on the website press driver for PC and then download driver. After your driver is downloaded go to containing folder and double click setup. When prompted plug your camera in otherwise just plug it in when installation is finished.
