Encore makes their drivers for all their network adapters available online, if you go here and enter the model number of the network card, which can be found either on the box, or the card itself, you should be able to find what you're looking for

You cannot a put a password to the wireless card, but you can put a password for the wireless router/modem... You need to login into the router's interface and you need to configure the router by enabling the security.
If you read the manufacturer's webpage, it says there are no drivers for this past XP. I recommend you try the XP driver, if it works GREAT! If not then uninstall that driver, and go get a WIN7 compatible card...
You need to update the driver from device manager and make sure that you browse for the driver from your installation CD because there are times that windows install its own driver for a device liek a wireless adapter.
