Seems like problem with internet setting.Its better to call helplinee your service provider ( SIM provider). they will send the setting in sms and you need to install them as advised by service provider

1. Connect your Galaxy S to computer using data cable.
2. By default it tries to open Kies. Press the home button to exit kies mode.
3. Push down notification bar. You will see usb icon on the notification.
4. Click on the icon and select mass memory or Disk Drive.
5. Now phone will appear as removable as removable drive in My computer.
6. Open the removable drive, Copy your photos to Computer.
The camera pictures are found in DCIM folder on memory card.
Download internet explorer software i.e. mozilla Firefox or google chrome from other PC. Save file to flash disk, connect flash disk to your Tab, install the software > Done.
Connect the phone to your PC via USB then open the phone folder in your windows explorer. search for a folder called DCIM. your videos should be there.
