If you want a software to clean your registry, i'd recommend CCleaner. See the product page to check if that's the software you are looking for and downloading.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Fixing registry will help you to boost up your laptop/PC. You need to download and install a Registry Cleaner program like am using Reginout to fix corrupt or broken registry entries since 2011.

Hope I helped.

Have viris need to gertneed to get to system restore on emachines model W3650 pc

Why not delete the Virus? Boot to Safe Mode with Networking, Download MALWAREBYTES at: http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ In the install UNCHECK the TRIAL PRO version, you want the freeware version, Run a FULL scan, delete ALL results. Use your up-to-date Anti Virus software to run a FULL scan, delete ALL results, reboot normally. If you are determined to do a Full Factory Restore, keep in mind a loss of all your data, assuming you have a Recovery Partition, use this procedure: https://support.gateway.com/emachines/software/MICROSOF/vista/7515910/7515910su4.shtml

It is running so slow!! It pauses and screen fades to light color! I cannont do my work!! Help!!

This could be for a couple of reasons, 1) you have a virus causing your laptop to crash or 2) you have a faulty Hard Drive.

Try downloading and running Hit Man Pro (an anti-virus software) that should clean up any viruses you have, download it here:

http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&oId=3000-2239_4-10895604&ontId=2239_4&spi=50fbf8256fc023103cca4ba60e4a71b1&lop=link&tag=tdw_dltext<ype=dl_dlnow&pid=11754089&mfgId=6302975&merId=6302975&pguid=CyZLHAoOYI4AAAxmYBAAAABD&destUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fdownload.cnet.com%2F3001-2239_4-10895604.html%3Fspi%3D50fbf8256fc023103cca4ba60e4a71b1

Run the scan and remove and viruses it finds and reboot the computer...see if this makes any difference, if not, try booting up in the recovery partition and repairing Windows.

Let me know if this helps

I have been using your Kaspersky Home security 2011 from 3 months. Due to some fatal issues I formatted the hard drives and installed your product for the 3rd time. Now after windows start up, it gives the...

You have to format your HD fully not only the C drive and if you are taking backup of your data just check whether it contains any infected file or files. because i think the virus you are facing cant be deleted by kaspersky. So try to get rid of all your data if possible.

you can also do one more thing if you are a techie then you can download Ubuntu ( linux OS)
make a bootable cd and boot using that disk without installing and you can manually delete the virus files by finding them manually one by one. dont delete any system file.

Upgrading to Windows 7 from Vista with disks supplied by ACER

Try downloading CCleaner, which is free utility that will clean out all your temp files and also scan your registry for issues.

When a program is uninstalled, such as Kaspersky anti-virus, not all registry components are cleared out.

This is particularly the case if the program was a 30 day trial.

The registry retains details of the original installation to prevent consecutive 30 day trials.

CCleaner should clean it out. Run the Registry Issues component until it reports no issues found and then try your install again.

Hello Friend,

Dont install two antiviruses it is not recommended
1.It slow downs the computer
2.There is a clash between two antiviruses .so they dont detect any viruses.
3.Try Kaspersky Antivirus or Kaspersky Internet Security..trial period 1 month
