My phone is locked and i do not why ... asks me to put the PUK code .. That code i do not know and right now my phone is locked and I can not do anything ... What i can do about this ..

puk comes from mobile phone network provider. Contact network provider for PUK code .

Do not worry about anything. You can easily obtain the PUK code without any charge, from your service provider by calling on Customer care number.
PUK is PIN Unlocking Code. When you enter a wrong PIN for 3 times the SIM gets locked and asks for a PUK code. Once you get the PUK code from your service provider you can create a new PIN for the SIM card.

Please note that if you Enter a Wrong PUK 10 times your SIM card will be corrupt and you will not be able to use it. So please do not try to guess the PUK.
PUK code cannot be generated by any software. Only your service provide can give you the PUK code for your SIM.

The puk is the code for the sim card. When you put bad pin code many times then the sim of your phone will lock. You should go to your sim cards retailer and ask them to get this puk code.

the deafult unlock code may be 0000 or 1234 otherwsie consult aservice center to unlock it

u can get the puk no from the service provider , enter the wrong pin code thrice , it will ask u for this puk code , enter the code , make sure u arrange the puk code before this process...
