I have a samsung galaxy 15500 phone. I would like to watch videos on it but it tells me to install a flash player which i try to do but it is not supported on my phone. is there anything i can do about this?

You probably have an Android tablet. Google and Android have abandoned support for Flash Player because of continued vulnerability to malware, which means that many videos on Youtube will not play on Android devices as Flash is needed to show them.

It is said that you can still manually install a working version of Flash from the Adobe archive. I have not tried it myself.

Flash can't be installed BUT if you install UC Browser fun the play store it has built in flash ability. :-)

Have you tried installing the youtube app and trying it?

try to uninstall the current flasher player and then install a latest adobe flash player,also check other plug-ins if require to be able to watch videos.

Another option is by reset or formatting your phone may help,be sure to back up everything before doing this method.

Do this only if you are using the latest version of Android, i.e. 2.2 the Froyo version. The flash player won't work with any other previous version of Android. So don't try out any tricks to make it work.
