I can't find my account from the "Find Your Account" page.
If you're having trouble logging into your account from the Find Your Account page, try these tips:
Ask one of your Facebook friends to look at the About section of your profile and send you the email address listed in the Contact Information section.
Try entering every email address or mobile number you've owned (one at a time). You may have added an email address or mobile number to your account and forgotten about it.

Facebook, like any other sign-in type site has a procedure for lost passwords. Facebook in it self, updated so you have 3 ways how to recover your lost password:
Email or phone number (if you recently added your phone number)
Your Facebook username
Your Name and a Friend's name
I recommend option 1. So, this is how you do it:
Go to Facebook.com, remember you have to be logged-of for this.
Right bellow the Password box you have a link saying "Forgot your Password?". Click it
Now you have the three options, on the first one insert the e-mail associated with your Facebook account. Click Search.
Now Facebook will try and identify your account, it will show you an user account, or several, find yours (if you inserted your e-mail it will probably show only your account).
Check the option box with your e-mail and click "Reset Password"
An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with the new password or further steps to set a new one.
