Some time uninstall the software "mobile partner"
plug out your modem
reboot your computer
after the booting process come to quiet
then stick the modem into usb slot
it will install the software "mobile partner" again
Sometime these can solve the problem
Notice:
write down all setting you have made on mobile partner
although normally during the uninstall of mobile partner
the setting won't be deleted, that mean after reinstall of
mobile partner, the setting parameter is still available.
But just for safe, i write the setting down.
Sometime some virus like activity prevent mobile partner
from working properly.
Checkout the last software you installed, maybe uninstall
them can solve the problem.
