General:open the door with the key.If no key availabile, learn how to pick a lock.If the lock is taped, there are several ways to brake into the car.Hint:less invasive, jack the car from under the engine try to open the hood or inject power into conectors.
There should be an alarm fuse, you can pull that to shut it off. A GM dealer should be able to set you up with a new keyless entry remote. I'm not sure which fuse it is, but the service manual should tell you. If not, the fuse block cover may tell you as well. Good luck
Step by Step Solution:
1. Check the battery in your Key Fob/Remote, Replace?
2. If after replacing battery and still does not work then may have lost programming, or bad keyless entry module.
3. May need to take to dealer to have programmed or keyless entry module replaced.
I would have the keyless module replaced it,s located in the dash board . see manual.. if problem persists then The Alarm system has a electrical short and needs disconnecting or replacing...GL
Not to discourage you but a Daewoo is a bad choice. They aren't made anymore and parts are very hard to find. It might take a while to find a new remote but if you have anything else go wrong, it will be even harder to find parts in a couple of years. It's hard to get dealer item parts when no dealers exist. However if you do find a replacement remote, I can likely give you the program procedure. Good luck
Lock all the doors from the inside (with all the doors closed), unlock your driver's door by manually lifting the lock, then press it back down after you are out - this will prevent the alarm from sounding when you use the key to unlock the door.
