I had this problem before after I accidentally shocked it with static electricity. You might want to send it to the manufacturer and they might send a new one for free.

There are two different sets of instructions for the VCam Now depending on your version. Both of these can be downloaded from this link for free and you can print as required.

If you do not have the software, you need to download the software from one of the following locations:

Official Canon Drivers and Software

Canon USA:DRIVER & DOWNLOADS

After downloading is finished, run the software that you downloaded with camera not connected.
