I have a phone getel bold 9700 i wont to ad apps but i cant install them because they are in .cod format or alx or .jad i cant conect my device to blackberry desktop manger can u find a solution to install some apps

perform factory reset

update your phone software by connecting to th blackberry desktop manager,follow the instruction on the screen. if you don't see any update that reload your device active software. you will loose all your data by doing this.

the Bold 9650 has a somewhat larger bezel VS the 9700 Bold. Other then that nothing else is different .

When the BB freeezes this is normally due to the fact that it is processing something, perhaps you have too many online apps running at one time. I would advise you to sign out of some apps while not using them, to lessen the processing that takes place on your device.If thats not the case it may be there are too many apps on your device, I'd suggest you remove a few.

The reason of the white screen of , you install third party software , that soft ware is not compatible with your Blackberry ,
First you have to remove that software , or if your device is not booting , then you have to format your device and upload new Blackberry OS with desktop manager .

hi no sorry it is not possible, they are mobile phone format file extensions only i gather you are trying to install games or apps on you phone? sorry but thats the only thing they will run on....hope this helps
