    Hi,

You may need to install or reinstall your video driver. You can easily do this by finding out what video chip or card you have and then going to the correct location to download the most up to date driver.

To find out what video card you have, go here: Start-->Run-->type in "dxdiag" and wait for the tool to load. Then navigate to the "Video" tab. Then in the "Chip Type" field you will see what video card you have. Once you have that information, I can point you to the proper location to download the driver.

I cant play 3d games

Try earlier versions of 3D games.
Your computer is a somewhat older model. So try playing 3D games released around 2000-2002.
Try NFS 6 or lower, GTA version 2, IGI 1 & 2 etc.
If even they don't work, try replacing the VGA card with a compatible but better VGA card (Cards from nVidia might be a good option).

I could not able to play games because of the driver problem. whenever I opened the games it cannot display but I found fatal error is that no D3D drivers with hardware acceleration found.

Hi there,

You would need to have your video driver updated. If it's an onboard VGA you can try to go to the motherboard manufacturers website or if it's a separate VGA you can go to the VGA card manufacturer webpage and download the driver from there.

Or it could also mean that the VGA you are using doesn't support D3D which makes it incompatible to the game that you wanting to play.

Hope this helps!

I unable to play a game because VGA compatible device not found in my computer & i want to install this. How can i install this explain it? & i am using XP

VGA compatible device not found represents that either your bios couldnt recognize the VGA hardware or your OS pnp service couldnt initialize the Hardware for VGA. Either these cases, we should look for the level of Hardware detection at which it fails. If its an onboard VGA device, you may need to replace it with an addon VGA card based on the Mother Board compatibility and then try install it again. This should solve the issue.

Good Luck.

Window xp Hi my name is lucille, i have been having problems playing my games for about a month now when the game gets ready to load a error will come up everytime , and i think java has alot to do with it...

ok this is a simple easy solution.... however you can go to www.java.com and download the updates....

are you using the newest version of IExplore? if you want you can use Firefox or GoogleChrome! they are all updated.... some free games require Certain Computer Diagnostics in order to be fully compatible with the computer....

if you had a current list of games that you were wanting i could give you more of a definate solution!

Display Driver stopped working error

Try adjusting the hardware acceleration in the display properties, then in the game settings. If this doesn't fix it, then there may be compatibility issues between the game and the video drivers.

This particular problem, need a particular atention, some games show this problem, when the Video Card is not supported, or video driver, is not updated. you should see if your version of drivers, are updated, and Direct X to 9c. according with recomendation on the game programming. (time to change to a good video card) or download any update for this game sometimes should fix problems.
