It looks like your phone still thinks that your usb cable is plugged in or plugged out. I would suggest you to reinsert/reconnect the usb cable to your phone. If it's a minor issue, this will definitely fix the problem.
Next, try switching off the phone and turn back On again. If this doesn't help, turn off the phone and clean the usb port using cleaning materials like soft brush and IPA solution or Alcohol. Once it's cleaned and dried, turn On the phone again and check whether the same problem persists or not.
It's also possible that there's actual hardware problem inside the usb port of your phone which will require to be inspected by a technician. Your final options is to visit a Nokia Mobile repair shop or a Nokia Service Center.

hi, your phone needs to reprogram or flashing at cellphone repair shop because of its corrupted software...no code or any manual formatting can fix your phone...it is cause sometimes by dropping of your phone... by choosing a mobile technician ,it must be having knowledge in using mx key dongle activated or cyclone box and advised him to back up your phone contacts at mx key gadget...this gadget can read your phone contacts even your phone status is not turning on.. goodluck,and take care of your phone next time to prevent software and hardware damage.. thanks for trusting fixya
My Nokia E61i sometimes starts up with the welcome screen and works normal for a while. Then sometimes the screen will flash on start up or continues to flash with spotted colors and not come on. Could this be a software problem?

Try going to Control Panel -> Add Hardware and click 'next' when prompt. Wait for a moment and then it will ask you if you already connected the hardware, so check on the 'Yes, I have already connected it' and click 'next'. The next thing you'll see is that theres a list of all the hardware in your laptop, you should see ATI something. Thats the model of ATI you have.
You can recover the password. The best way is to download a file manager to your phone. I use Best Fileman for my N70, from http://www.smartphoneware.com/ It’s for series 60and 40. The trial version should be enough. In the file manager (when installed on your phone) you’ll find under- C:\System\mmcstore -the file you’re looking for, you have to rename the file- mmcstore.txt -then send it to another mobile (best way) or your PC via luetooth or USB, open it on the other phone and your password will be revealed. Rename that file- mmcstore.txt -to just- mmcstore -there might be another file named- mmcstore.txt -to view your password rename one or the other- mmcstore1.txt -one is for your phone PIN number the other your MMC card. If you reset (format) your phone you will lose all the data stored on it. Resetting sometimes gives negative results. You can reset it through your menu, if you can switch the phone on of course. Using the reset code is not recommended,So keep this as the last choice. Try this: Take your SIM card out. Make sure your phone battery is fully charged. Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears. Give it time to reset. Switch it on..Thank you!!..
