Clean the Sim Card case and most of the time the Sim case is broken.OK try to remove the back cover and insert your sim card, press and hold to the sim case power on the sim without putting the back cover. If it is working well the problem is the sim case, contact mobile repairing shop to change it.Good luck. Thanks for visiting fixya
I think you have a memory card installed, if so turn off the mobile, remove the battery, sim card and memory, leave it off for few minutes, scan the memory card with an updated antivirus. After it's done, power on the phone after memory card, sim card, and batter are reinstalled/reinserted.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to format the memory card. Before you proceed with the formatting, remove the memory card and try again. I hope it should work without the memory card. If so back up the files on the memory card on your computer (You'll need a card reader to this) and format it, after it's done, restore the backed up files and try again.
If the problem persists, you'll need to check the firmware of the Mobile, I would recommend you to get it flashed from a mobile repairing Center or Nokia Service Center.
You can get the puk code by logging into your account on the companys website. It will be under devices for that number. Do NOt keep entering numbers opr you will block the card and have to purchase a new SIM card $20
Phone (Nokia 7610) does not seem to recognize the USB cable, so cannot download data
