Puppy is a linux distribution and weighs less than 130MB.
It is available to install on USB flash,
CD, MP3 player, camera and hard drive.
1.) Download the Puppy ISO image:

2.) Take from the downloaded ISO, file
LUPU_520.SFS to USB Flash
2.a) rename LUPU_520.SFS to lupu_520.sfs
2.b) Take all other content (from the ISO image)
and put in folder /Boot/Puppy/ (Create a folder on a USB flash drive)
(extract the files from the ISO can programs Ultra-ISO or WinRar)
3.) In the main menu.lst add a:
title Puppy 5.2
kernel (hd0,0)/boot/Puppy/vmlinuz ramdisk_=100000
initrd /boot/Puppy/initrd.gz
4.) Puppy on our MultibootUSB flash-is ready for operation.
