No...not without you categorizing your problem according to the motherboard you have, e.g. MSI KL8330003LV.  The funny thing is, I was just watching Adam Bold's financial show on public TV and they were saying this FixYa is a repository for drivers, too.
http://www.fixya.com/support/msi seems to be a starting place (but all I see are product manuals so far, not drivers.)

Go from there and create a question for your particular model, including BIOS version and notes on any problems you're encountering.

Install on new computer

If by "new" you mean Vista, then it won't install.

Compatible Operating Systems:
Win98,WinME,WinNT 3.x,WinNT 4.x,WinXP,Windows2000

You should probably just check in at their homepage to see if a patch ever comes out, or even check with their support staff to see if one is already out. But as it is now, it will not run on Vista

I took my hard drive from my emachines, because motherboard was burnt out, put it in a packard bell, now i cant acess word? Also, there is more ram on pacard, yet my pc runs slower

You can't just move a hard disk with an installed OS in another pc and expect it to work - the fact it just started is a true miracle (this has happened only because the hardware on the pc's is very similar). The possibility that a program installed in a broken OS (like yours) will work in this conditions are nil.
Your only option is to put the Packard disk back , boot from it, recover al your data and the product key of Office from the other disk, wipe it clean(reformat it) and reinstall Office properly using the recovered key.

Sir i have installed windows 7 on my comp, but the

There should be a subfolder called "Drivers" or "Audio\Drivers" or "Drivers\Audio". Find an installer for your specific OS/Processor. But you will have better luck if you can get the model number of your motherboard and search on Google for the drivers. Usually motherboard manufacturers have all the drivers on the CD available online for free download. They will also be the latest drivers available, especially new ones for Windows 7.

I put a new os windows xp to my computer ,and i don''t know the right installer of her sound.

you can get the sound driver from the motherboard's manufacturer site if WinXP does not have it readily. The device manager will show if the devices are installed properly or it will show some yellow exclamation marks.

I don't have driver usb hfs modem, how toget the driver ????

1. Where can I get drivers for my Rockwell/Conexant HCF or HSF modem for Windows XP, or I am having difficulty installing my modem in Windows XP?

Conexant has worked with Microsoft to ensure that many PCI modems are supported using a generic data/fax driver that is available on the XP distribution CD, therefore in the majority of cases your modem should automatically be detected and the generic driver correctly installed. Run the List Modem application (listmodem_app.zip) found on the Modem Driver Assistance page to find out if your modem is supported in the inbuild driver on WinXP. If the answer to "WinXp Inbuild Support" is yes, then your modem will work after upgrading to WinXP even when you run the compatibility test before upgrading and you get a warning. However the XP distribution CD does not have drivers for Conexant USB modems or modems that interface to the PC using the AC-Link bus. The AC-Link bus is primarily used in notebook PC's and some desktop PC's. In these cases it is necessary to download the correct driver from the manufacturer before upgrading to XP. If you get the message shown below and you have a notebook PC use the links below to obtain XP drivers.

Example XP Error Message: xperror.gifIf you do not have one of these PC's it means that the current driver that you are using in your previous operating system is not compatible with Windows XP, however if you have a PCI modem it is very likely that your modem will be supported by the driver available on the distribution CD and will work when you upgrade to Windows XP, and you should proceed with the upgrade. Lost file for 3D 4D Browser Mouse - Phoebe brand

Floppy Disk????   How old is this mouse?
It 'should' have drivers for Win98 and such on the floppy. Did you look?
Are you running WinXP?
If no drivers for your Operating System on the disk, you need to download the driver software for the OS you have.
Go online to the Mfg. website and search for drivers for your Mouse and your OS.
