I want to creat new skype id

I got your answer from: https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA829/How-can-I-run-two-Skype-accounts-on-the-same-computer

In order to use more than one Skype account on the same computer at the same time you need to start a new instance of Skype:
  1. From the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run (or press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard at the same time)
  2. In the Run window, enter the following command (include the quotes) and press OK:
"C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary

If you get any error messages, please copy and paste the exact command from this email and try again.

Please keep in mind that if you have changed the installation path for Skype then you need to enter the correct path for the Skype.exe file.

If this solution fails, you can try another option:
  1. Find the Skype executable file (Skype.exe) in: C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\
  2. Right click on it and choose: Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)
  3. Locate the shortcut on the desktop, then right-click on it and choose Properties
  4. In the Target field, add: /secondary. The Target field should now be: "C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary
  5. Click OK. You can now start a new instance of Skype every time you double-click on the new shortcut.
For Skype 3.8 and earlier Requirements: Windows XP, Two Skype User accounts

First, create a new Windows user by going to the Control Panel and clicking on User Accounts. Choose Create a new account and follow the steps to set permissions. We also suggest setting a password for the new user by clicking on the newly created user and choosing the Set Password option. The new user will also require admin rights on your PC.

Next, create a shortcut to Skype or make a copy of the shortcut that is already in the Start menu. Right-click this new shortcut and choose Properties. On the bottom of the first page there is a button labelled Advanced... . Click this button and select Run with different credentials. Select OK, and then select OK again to close the Properties dialog.

You're all set. Whenever you use this new shortcut it will ask for a Windows username and password. Enter the Skype Name and password of the user you created earlier by choosing The following user: option. Click OK and you'll have a second instance of Skype. It will require that you sign in with your Skype Name and password the first time.

To help automate the Run as trick you can create a second desktop icon for Skype and modify its properties. Click the Advanced button and check the box Run with different credentials. After clicking on the modified icon it will ask you to sign in as another user. Changing the icon graphic also helps ensure you click on the correct icon.

If you have multiple USB headsets or USB Phones you should be able to set up both instances of Skype to use a different sound device.

Web cam

Dear Digjay,

Please Rate this solution.

for using webcam in yahoo messenger, all you have to do is go to the yahoo messenger settings and set the camera. On the bottom of my messenger there is a camera button that turns the cam on.

for installing skype

Downloading and Installing Skype Step1 Go to the Skype Web site (see the Resources section below for links to download Skype for Windows, Mac, and Linux users) and download the SkypeSetup.exe executable. (The executable gets downloaded under the Program Files folder under a directory called Skype that gets automatically created. A Skype Setup icon is also automatically seen on your desktop.) Step2 Click on the SkypeSetup icon that is on your desktop. A Skype Setup wizard then appears. You will get a warning window asking if you want to Run or Save this file, SkypeSetup.exe. Click Run. Note: Another confirmaton message may come up asking if you are sure you want to Run this software. Click "Run" again. Step3 Follow the instructions on the Skype Setup Wizard to complete the installation of the Skype software. At the end of the installation you will be asked to setup a Skype account. Step4 A Skype window appears and if you have never used Skype before you have the option of creating a Skype account. A link is seen on that window mentioning the following: "Don't have a Skype name?" Click on this link and it opens up another "Skype - Create a New Account" window where you have to type in your Full Name and then you have to type in a "Skype Name" and a Skype "Password" and "Repeat Password" in the respective fields on that window. Note: Jot down this Skype Name and Skype Password as you will need it everytime you open the Skype application. Step5 Click on the "Sign in" button. Note: After having created this new Skype Name account for the first time, the next time you open Skype again, your Skype name will automatically appear in the Skype name field. All you need to do is to type in your Skype password and click the "Sign in" button. Step6 Follow the instructions in the "Getting Started" guide to "Add a Contact" using the "Add Contact" button, to test your headset and microphone using the "Skype Test Call Feature," to set up a Conference Call with a business colleague or friend, and to explore all the other features in Skype. Step7 Once you have installed the Skype software, there are 2 ways by which you can open the Skype software application. Click on the Skype icon on your desktop Or Double click on the "x" icon in your desktop's system tray to start Skype at any time. Note: Once the Skype window comes up, the "x" checkmark then changes to a green checkmark to indicate that the Skype application is currently running on your computer. It changes back to an "x" mark when you have "Signed out" of Skype and Skype is no longer running on your computer.
