We are assembling our stroller baby trend expedition jogging stroller and the red brakes on the back wheels seem to be stuck on because the back wheels won't turn and the red brakes don't seem to unlock or flip up. are we assembling it wrong?!

I checked the Baby Trend website and did not see a listing for an Expedition LE Jogger stroller. I did, however, find the Expedition LX as well as several other Expedition joggers with numbers at the end.
Here are instructions for another version of the Expedition jogger, as well.
