Ipod Hi , My ipod has been freezing off and on for the past month or two , i brought it in to Best Buy and they said that i could have a battery problem and if it did it again to bring it in and they would replace it. But about a day or so ago i dropped my ipod nano into water. I do have a 2 year best buy warranty and i am wondering if i can get it replaced.

My iPod Nano has had no problems in the past. But yesterday I bought a new cd and imported the songs to my ipod. The cd seemed to have some problems and we took it back to the store because it was freezing...
i can help you with the song part. if you plug in your ipod to your computer and it picks it up. go to tools folder options and click show hidden folders go to ipod control and then go to music and copy all of the songs to your computer!

Ipod 30gb does not hold a charge
The battery needs recharging, if the battery won't charge, then it is worn out. You can buy replacement battery for the IPod but the IPod needs to be pulled apart to replace the battery.

Ipod nano hard drive frozen?
Hi!

If its under warranty then please get it replaced or buy an extended warranty(if its warranty is about to expire). I am sorry but there is no other way to get it fixed as this is not a software issue.
