OK I FIXED IT BY UPDATING THE BIOS VERSION OF THE MOTHERBOARD..IT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE REMOVED THE PROCESSOR OR YOU HAVE REPLACE GOR ANOTHER THAT IN TEORY IS COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR COMPUTER...THERE IS AN UPDATE BIOS IT WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM..IN THIS CASE YOU DONT NEED TO USE THE CLASIC FLOPPY BOOT DISC JUST DOWNLOAD IT TO YOUR HARD DRIVE AN RUN IT LET BY ITSEL TO DO THE JOB AND YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY AGAIN TO PRESS F2 TO SKIP THIS MESSAGE ERROR IN YOUR WINDOWS BOOT INTERFACE..
